Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
Good news- It would appear that I am growing garlic in a pot!
Bad news- Only 2 out of the 3 bulbs sprouted and the 2 that did sprout look like they are barely hanging on.
I think the problem my garlic plants were having was the amount of light they were receiving; or lack thereof. When things started looking droopy I set the pot outside for more light and they perked up to the picture above. I know, depressing. I have learned a ton about what not to do!
Some women are meant to garden and others are meant to work and go to the gym!
I don’t know if I can win at this garden thing. My outdoor garden just about died from this drought, my potatoes grew mold and my garlic is just hanging on! I managed to grow green onions so I guess I am not a total black thumb; just pretty darn close!
I am open to tips if you green thumbs have some for me!
