If I’m lyin’, I’m dyin’!
Blogosphere… meet my downstairs bathroom. She’s a beauty in all of her retro colored dirtiness! {Saarrrcaaasm} This is what happens when you only clean your house once a month. Gross right? I really am a horrible housewife… I get it and I own that truth. What people fail to realize is I sometimes do clean the house. Does admitting that ruin my street cred? Should I not tell people that I clean the house? 
Last weekend was the first weekend of the month and that meant it was time for Michael to cash in his monthly cleaning benefits. The United States of Schuplin government has provided him with a card good for one day of cleaning. You know, because that’s how we should spend our tax dollars… I digress- back to the story.
I cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned some more (blah) after we got back from our day of family shopping! I cleaned the stove, the kitchen, did the dishes, and did multiple loads of laundry. (Don’t you dare even tell me that you do these things everyday and I should get with the 12 days of filth program!) I’d love to show you what the stove, and beneath the stove, looked like. NASTY!
Soft Scrub makes a foaming cleaner that I actually enjoy using because it defeats my monthly build up of grime in no time. When I was all done cleaning I looked at him and said, “I’m not cleaning the rest of the month.”
Who else is a once a month cleaner?
I did receive the Soft Scrub that I mentioned above, but I didn’t have to write a post about it. I honestly clean my house once a month and it just so happened that I used, and loved, this Soft Scrub product during my cleaning day. The whole point of this post was to make you feel better about your house when you think it is dirty.

haha, well, I do clean more than once a month, except the bathroom….it gets cleaned….when I can’t stand the filth anymore… But seriously, stick some Lime-away in the tank of your toilet, and it will stay cleaner longer and you don’t have to do anything else!

Hahaha, at both of you. That is you and Amy. I do clean once a week and my mom (the sarge) frowns on that anyway. That woman can run a house like any military daughter should
Some rubbed off on me, but I am happy she doesn’t visit every day or I’d be scrubbing every day
