Preparing my Recipe for Chipotle Chicken Burritos

Would you believe me if I said I made this dinner in 10 minutes?

Yolanda’s burrito recipe only took about 15 minutes to make, but 5 minutes is the equivalent of gold to me when I know I can make it quicker. I used ready made chicken, versus traditional raw chicken, so I can guarantee her recipe for Chipotle Chicken Burritos is cheaper than mine is. Have I mentioned how lazy I am? Take a peek at her recipe to figure out if you really need my shortcuts. (I doubt normal people do.)

I like to make a layered dip using Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies.
I use a 9″ round pie dish and layer (and spread out) each item, in this order:
    8 oz cream cheese
    can of refried beans
can of Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes w/green chilies
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese.
Right before serving, I microwave about 5 minutes, until cheddar cheese ontop is melted and I serve with tortilla chips.

I make chili for game day. However, it is rarely the same. I used what I have in the pantry and am always trying new recipes

I love to make tortilla rollups! We just use flour tortillas and them in a bowl mix salsa with cream cheese and shredded cheese. Spread on tortillas and roll up! Then refrigerate over night!

My husband makes the best salsa in the whole world! He roasts some of his own veggies and uses Del Monte canned tomatoes, too!

    Thanks!

Our favorite is a simple dip ~

Brown 1# ground beef. Drain. Add a jar of salsa & mexican cheese dip. Heat through.
    Serve with Tostito scoopers.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

Anything that tastes of Buffalo Wings…or any wings. I like to experiment with different flavors, but my heart belongs to flaiming hot wings with blue cheese dip to cool off.

I am oh so lucky to have a hubby that cooks so he does his own cooking for gameplay and 99% percent of the time it’s barbecue or ribs in the oven
