I told you these cereal bars were easy to make!

I make no promises that these little bars of fluffy marshmallow won’t make you drift off somewhere warmer. Maybe your piggies are buried in the sand? If you are lucky, you might even be enjoying some steel drum music as the wind dramatically blows your hair all around. Let’s not forget about the cabana boy and umbrella drink!

That’s not how it works? Dang… I guess the fantasy is over.

Are you wondering if the cereal bars were as scrumptious as our trip to paradise? Let’s just say I told Michael to take them to work so I didn’t have to worry about the temptation to eat them. He ate them all himself instead of being a good guy and sharing his treats. Sorry co-workers!

I received a box of Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends in order to facilitate my review. All opinions, recipe, and pictures are 100% my own.

How neat! I never would have thought about making these at home but I can’t stand how much cereal bars cost in stores vs how much food they seem to be. I’m so cheap – lol.

I love this and this would be such a great recipe to make with my grand children and let them pack a few in their lunch boxes.

These sound absolutely fabulous! I might have to add mini chocolate chips to the mix as well.
