Paleo sandwiches exist!

It’s true!

Paleo sandwiches even have bread, and good stuff like… bread in them! You should definitely be excited right now because I am about to show you how to make something so delicious you will find yourself telling your toddler to go have a sucker because ‘these are big people snacks’.

Oh my goodness, I’m not playin‘, dudes!

Paleo Sandwich Buns:

Paleo sandwich ingredients- eggs, coconut oil, honey, apple cide vinegar, rosemary, almond meal, arrowroot powder, bakind soda, salt

I found a paleo herb bun recipe on the interwebz and decided it was a good practice recipe for paleo bread. I didn’t want to stray too far from the recipe because I didn’t have enough eggs at home to make up for any mistakes. With that said, It’s on like Donkey Kong next time!

Note: I substituted the coconut flour for arrowroot powder, and put them in a cupcake pan instead of a whoopie pie pan.

Now for the meat part of this whole paleo sandwich. One of my blogging besties created tilapia cakes and a light bulb went off in my noggin’ (They sometimes do.), and the rest is history. I don’t think I can stress enough how delicious these paleo sandwiches are. You can either a) try them for yourself, or b) send me the ingredients and I will make them every night of the week. 🙂

    My favorite sandwich is the Monte Cristo, but I have never tried to make it. I have only had it in restaurants.

    Your sandwich with the Paleo Sandwich Buns looks so intriguing and beautiful. I am really wanting to try and do this although I have never made bread at home! Thanks for sharing!

    Lately it has been a vegan BLT with vegan bacon, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes with salt and pepper on a sesame seed (dry) bun. Sometimes I add a little guacamole too.
