Which is why I want to help you master the art of in-home fancy date nights. I make no promises that you won’t pass out during the movie, but I do promise that your belly will be full. I think they call that compromise?
Chicken Club Bruschetta Ingredients
6 Tbls tomato
3 Tbls Fontinella®
3 Tbls bacon
3 Tbls chicken
1 Tbls mayo
1.5 Tbls red onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp herbs
And don’t you dare stray from these exact values, ya hear?
This recipe is so foolproof that it’s possible to throw together whatever combination tickles your taste buds. I just wanted to give you an idea of where to start. I will never forget that one time I printed out a simple recipe and Michael could not figure it out…
For real. He had no idea what it meant to fold the ingredients.
Next, broil slices of your favorite bread (I used a loaf of ciabatta.) on high for about 5 minutes so they have a hint of toasty goodness. There’s something about the warm, crunchy bread with a chilled topping that gives me a food coma.
I can say that because I threw down on some bruschetta. I’m an expert.
