
I know buffalo chicken dip isn’t a new concept in this Pinterest driven world but I felt compelled to explain the whole blue cheese thing to my fellow picky eaters. Mmmmkay? I equate my feelings towards blue cheese to how I would feel if I were to find gold, or something else that could be classified as wicked cool.
So come, stay awhile, and maybe even enjoy a chuckle at my expense.

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP INGREDIENTS:
- 8oz Cream cheese
- 4oz Frank’s RedHot
- 2c Shredded chicken
- 1/2c Blue cheese
Look familiar? I’m sure it does. You know, because the PR company for Frank’s RedHot asked me to make their buffalo chicken dip recipe.
Now that we have that out of the way we can get back to the blue cheese nonsense…
I had a hard time wrapping my head around BLUE cheese because blue means mold, and mold means Michael will leave it in the refrigerator until I pitch it because he’s a pansy. He can be such a woman when it comes to moldy food. Whine. Gag. Whine. Gag.
But believe it or not, blue cheese makes this dip freaking amazing! Like, I shoveled buffalo chicken dip in my mouth like it was my last dinner. Except it was my last meal… for 3 days.
I know. I know. I’m not supposed to eat stuff like this before a cleanse but I assure you my bowels didn’t revolt against my buffalo dip throw down.

So now that you’ve heard from one of the pickiest eaters in the blogosphere, go eat and be merry! I can’t believe I just endorsed blue cheese…
