Umm… hello, can you say simply amazing weeknight dinner? Honest to goodness, I just ate one of my delicious Sweet Korean BBQ turkey sandwiches because I’m chained to the computer typing one handed, while my child clings to my leg screaming ‘mooooooom-meeeee’.
My life is somethin’ else.
But anyway…
LET’S GET TO THE EASY SLOW COOKER RECIPE, SHALL WE?

I have been looking for something different. Something unusual that won’t make my taste buds curl up inside me to die. I know that sounds funny, but, when it comes to food, I’m a two year old stuck in an old woman’s body. It’s bad when Michael consumes things I wouldn’t dream of ingesting.
Let me break down my dinner thought process really quick
Previous success with Cambell’s Sauce + slow cookers helping housewives everywhere cope = Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauce recipe.
Winner, winner, chicken turkey dinner?

It takes about 5 minutes of prep time using the Campbell’s Slow Cooker Sauce, 4 hours on high, and 5-10 minutes of after prep time, depending on how fast you can shred turkey. It really was quick but my time gauge is all jacked up because, yanno, I chimp my life away behind the camera while I deny my family basic nutrition. Or so they like to tell the local authorities.
But wait- that’s not all!
If you happen to be one of the lucky households that hosted Thanksgiving, you probably have turkey coming out of your ears right now. If that’s you, please pass go and collect your money because you get to skip right on to the next step.

Not only is this an easy slow cooker recipe, these turkey sandwiches would make a rockin’ easy party food! Think about. You cook the turkey as you do your last minute cleaning (Or the DAY BEFORE!) and coat with the sauce from your slow cooker before you guests show up. It’s a brilliant idea.
Don’t you just love big, red firetruck moments?
