Never would I have ever thought I would care about flawless skin. Think about it for a minute. I wash my face twice a week when I shower and do my makeup when I have a gig requiring camera time. I don’t have a very labor intensive beauty routine and I like it that way. Well I liked it until I woke up one morning and realized I was pushing old hag status.
My attempt at flawless skin started with
- Full Coverage Kabuki Brush
- Mineral Foundation in Fairest
- Cool Kiss Mineral Enhancer
- Translucent Finishing Powder
Tip- Pour the foundation into the lid and swirl it into your Kabuki brush before applying it on your face.
I’m not even going to pretend I know what I’m talking about when it comes to girly things taking place outside of the bedroom. I’m just not. My big girl makeup came with some tips and I’m rolling with them because they worked and didn’t require a lot of effort. Deep down I’m still the same lazy girl you know and love.
Tip- Swirl the foundation covered brush in circles starting from the outside of your face.
I noticed something very different as I was painting my face on. The Kabuki brush has to made a world of difference in the coverage. It has to be the circular motions paired with the firm brush that made my face look flawless. I’m not jerkin’ your chain! My mind was blown when I looked in the mirror and had a moment that should have resulted in a shameless selfie. It’s nuts, I tell ya!
Note to self- Dark circles can be avoided with more sleep. I should really sleep more.
I don’t know if you guys can really tell the difference in the above pictures but I swear to you there is a difference! A huge difference. A big enough difference where I (the person who refuses to embrace womanhood) would purchase Mineral Hygienics on my own. That’s a legit endorsement, guys!
This whole experience is one small step for you, one giant leap into womanhood for me.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
