I am about to blow-your-mind with the newest quick dinner recipes to grace my arsenal of go-to party dishes. And when I say quick dinner recipes, I mean dishes that make you look like a pro when all you want to do is touch up your makeup before the dinner party starts. You need to trust me on this one. I’m sort of an expert when it comes to throwing parties. It’s my thing and this one started with a trip to Walmart.

The biggest tip I can offer anyone looking to join the ranks of my fellow dinner party goddesses is simple… streamline, streamline, streamline! Land O’Lakes Sauté Express® Sauté Starters will help you do just that and nobody will think any less of you because you didn’t give the dinner party the customary blood, sweat and tears. Knowing you can sit down and enjoy dinner with your guests is a beautiful thing.
With that said, I did not spend all day in the kitchen, nor did I need to whip up elaborate recipes because all the flavor was in a cube of butter. It was a nom-a-rific dinner party, fer sure!

Lemon Pepper Scallops
- 3 Land O’Lakes Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cubes in lemon pepper.
- 1 package of scallops.
- Cook in a skillet until scallops are no longer translucent.

Lemon Pepper Shrimp
- 3 Land O’Lakes Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cubes in lemon pepper.
- 31-40 pre-cooked shrimp.
- Melt the cubes in a skillet and toss until until the shrimp is warm and thoroughly covered in deliciousness.

Teriyaki Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers
- 1/4 peanut butter
- 3 Land O’Lakes Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cubes in teriyaki.
- 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips.
- Melt the cubes before adding the chicken strips and cook the strips until nearly cooked.
- Add the peanut butter and coat the chicken strips until chicken is fully cooked.
- Optional: Place skewers through the middle of each strip and serve.
Teriyaki Vegetables
- 3 Land O’Lakes Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cubes in teriyaki.
- Any combination of chopped vegetables.
- Cook until the vegetables reach the desired tenderness.

And no dinner party is complete without dessert! My hostess tip to each and every party goddess in training out there is this, skip the fancy fondant toppers and go with pre-made decorations and/or little toys. I promise the extra spending is worth every ounce of sanity you will save prepping for your party. Not to mention, you can reuse little knick knack toppers. I let go of the make everything from scratch mentality a long time ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my hostess self.
Trust in me and you will succeed!

Not only are these quick dinner recipes easy, they are kid approved. Izzie and Michael got their chow on and thankfully left enough scraps for the adults to enjoy after they hit the hay.
Until the next party!
