There is this cheese dip recipe that my family has been making since the beginning of time. I have no idea where it originated from, nor do I care about anything but the end result of it going in my belly. This recipe is stupid simple and really only for the hardcore cheese lovers (ME) out there. You see, I consider cheese a food group and consume it on a daily basis because it is THAT delightful.
If you can cook up some beef then you are qualified to be a cheese dip God! Didn’t you know my goal in life is to make you look like a genius with minimal effort on your part?

I have such a hard time NOT eating the cheese before it goes into the slow cooker! When I cut this delicate cheese I pray a chunk breaks off on my knife so I can have a nibble; just a small piece to give me a preview of what is to come. I have no idea where my cheese obsession stems from, but it has a hold on me that I just can’t shake; oh baby does it have a hold on me! Mmmmmhmmm!
You finish with a little wham, bam, thank you ma’am so you can go back to your bon bons and wine drinking while it melds together in the slow cooker. Or, if you are like me, you didn’t stop your wine drinking to make this recipe because you are a fierce multi-tasker! (I’m so not even close to a fierce multi-tasker!)

HERE IS THE CHEESE DIP RECIPE-
The Easiest & Tastiest Cheese Dip Recipe
- 1 can of Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 block of Velveeta (or generic)
- 1 cup of milk
- About 1 pound of beef
- Cook the beef in a pan.
- Add all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low until melted together.
- Don’t forget to share!
